java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError

This happened both when I try to port it in MCP or just Forge.

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\Computer\Desktop\mcef\run\mcef\jcef.dll: The specified procedure could not be found

now if I manually add that in I will get this:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\Computer\Desktop\mcef\run\mcef\jcef.dll: Can't find dependent libraries

Any help would be great. Thanks you.

EDIT: I try to update JDK from 1.8.0_202 to 1.8.0_331 now it say java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: org.cef.CefApp.N_PreInitialize()Z
