white screen on windows

when i try to use the mod i make the screen i turn it on but its just a white screen and i try to change the url of the thing but it stays on white and i am in windows (10) idk what to do i have everything needed to make it work, all the RIGHT versions of the mods nessecary but it just doesnt help pls
