libGLESv2.dll missing

The game crashed whilst rendering overlay Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\nivel\curseforge\minecraft\Instances\CityCraft\mods\mcef-libraries\windows_amd64\libGLESv2.dll: Can't find dependent libraries Código de error: -1

So I get this, and I downloaded the libGles but still get this.
