[PLEASE HELP] White Screen Issue

Minecraft: 1.12.2 Forge: 14.23.5.2859 Web Display Ver.: 1.1 MCEF Ver.: 1.11b

I tried everything, clear start with only Web Display Mod, MCEF 1.11 and 1.11b as well as 0.9, removing optifine, different versions of the optifine, different forge versions, basically EVERYTHING and mod is still not working. Can anyone help me, please?
