Add tests

I don't know if you remember https://github.com/monsanto/readline-complete.el/pull/10 ...

I managed to find the time to get some tests together. There's not much here at present, but it tests the basic functionality, and it can be built on given the little harness macro that's provided.

I have some refactors and fixes on the back burner, also, which I'll bring in under this test harness if you're interested in merging it.
