Prevent premature bailout when encountering permission-dened files/dirs

Is there a way to have this tool continue searching after it encounters a file that it cannot read? I have to add --ignore repeatedly until it continues successfully with all accessible directories. This makes it difficult to search configuration directories where permissions for a user are not root, but should allow some level of read-ability.
