One-shot midi clips

Would it be possible to add support for one-shot, non-looping midi clips the same way there are one-shot samples?

This is a good idea, yet a little bit tricky to implement now: currently all MIDI events are bound to the main sequencer. We should find a way to process sequencer-independent actions. I'll put this in the 0.future milestone.
