[Bug] Scanning has become slow?
Seems scanning a barcode take a few seconds before returning? This wasn't the case before.
It happens on iOS 26.0.1. It's random, sometimes it works almost instantly, other times it hangs a few seconds on a black screen before returning the result. I'm updating to 26.1.0 now and will follow-up if this solved the issues as it might be entirely related to the OS.
My problem is going into the same direction, but a bit different. Using iOS 26.1 and barcode_scan2: ^4.3.3. Clicking on Cancel during the scan is followed by a black scan screen and it takes nearly 10! seconds for the scanner to free up and cancel.

I just tested it for a long time on 26.1.0 and can confirm, it hands sporadically without a reason.
I had one user using iOS 26.1.0 on an iPhone 13 pro with the same issue
Could someone of the package maintainers at least comment on this bug? Make it visible that there is some kind of a progress. If there is literally no activity, how should people gain trust into this package and not just move on to another one? Thx.
