[WIP] Freebsd xattr

This is a work in progress PR for supporting FreeBSD extended attributes. I have not fully tested this yet but I did get it to build with some changes to CMAKE ( and the OS sources :-/ ) that are not in this PR because CMAKE doesn't want to detect sys/extattr.h
