Stop building random GType-names

Insige the glib/GType.cs (BuildEscapedName) there is a static int witch is used to build the gtype name "_gtksharp_X.......".

sb.Append("_gtksharp"); sb.Append(type_uid++); <-------- ????????????? sb.Append("_"); This produces a problem with glade-designer when using own widgets.

Please remove this "type_uid" !!!!
