[BUG] samples.zip missing from releases since 2020

Hi,

It seems that the archive samples.zip mentioned at https://github.com/mono/SkiaSharp/blob/main/samples/README.md is missing since around August 2020.

So either the readme is outdated, or there is an issue with release process. Is there another way to get built samples?
