Multiple array tests are commented out due to crash

These have been disabled due to a consistent crash. They were ported from the C tests.

Isolated it to a "simple" C app and filed https://github.com/mono/mono/issues/7808 for help.

There still are two sections commented out, and the intermittent C crash.
