No tag for version 0.11.2

There is a nuget version 0.11.2 on nuget.org. When looking here on github I do not see a tag for 0.11.2. The newest tag here is 0.11.1.

I also see that the interface of ILibrary is different between the main branch here and the nuget.org version 0.11.2.

Are the changes of 0.11.2 missing here on github?
