Current Behavior

it always needs two attempts to create a user

Expected Behavior

user gets created the first time

Steps To Reproduce

1.Go to login page, try to register a new user 2. fill form 3. hit sign up 4. popup with google recapture opens 5. popup closes, nothing happens 6. hit sign up again 7. popup with googlre recapture opens 8. popup closes, user gets created
