Description

This PR adds 50 initial Mongolian quotes to the existing language group. There are a combination of proverbs, book quotes, and some song lyrics.

This is just to get the ball rolling and provide initial content for others to build upon. If you have any questions or requests to help with merging, let me know and I'd be happy to oblige!
