feat(theme): added orchid_dreamscape theme (NipulM)

Added orchid_dreamscape.css and updated _list.json with the orchid_dreamscape theme. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like me to adjust.

Text color is not close to white/black Sub alt color is too bright. It might be a duplicate but i havent checked yet.
