load audiofiles crashes app

Hi:

I've trying to access some loops from a patch that resizes the table to its length but the app crashes each time. The name of the audio file is declared in the message. Then I tried to use the openpanel to load the sample as symbol but the app can't access the folder. Using old iPad 2, Mobmuplat app version 1.84. & Pd 0.51.1

Any suggestions?
