utf8 not supported
Does not support utf8 encoding and returns them in the form of unspecified characters. This is required for some special characters, Arabic, Persian
The encoding will follow the meta charset I believe but I'm not positive.

In simple html dom, if meta charset is not set, it sets utf8 But this is not the case in advanced html dom and it returns illegible characters
