Implemented mootools 1.3 compatibility, a bug fixed, z-index implemetation added

Upgrade to mootools 1.3. The wrong year selection of a day of the previous/next year in months January an December fixed. Z-index of calendar container is set as the highest in the document. Thanks for this awesome datepicker class. Bye
