Field reordering update

closes #102 This brings in a bunch of changes which are required to import the new data. Still no work done yet on exporting to the new format, but that will come hopefully reasonably soon. I decided to sit down and implement a better system for reading and writing MBIN data which I have included here. To actually write using this will take some more work but this should read the data quite well for now (whole system hasn't been migrated to use it yet...)
