fix crash when abandoning unbroadcast transactions

This might be changed to wipe them from the 'tx' dir as well as the 'unbroadcasted' dir. That would handle chain forks more smoothly, which apparently are kinda common with bsv/mattercloud, when detected by the 'reupload' command . EDIT: i guess it would be good to notify the user that a chain fork resulted in loss of a file. It would also be good to change how they are uploaded so that they use change addresses, which would make that harder to happen because future transactions would depend on them.
