It will be nice to specify under which license this code is published.

Totally forgot to include a LICENSE file, although it is specified on the individual project files and configured in the build process:

https://github.com/monix/implicitbox/blob/master/build.sbt#L115

So the answer is Apache 2.0. I'll make sure to also include the LICENSE file, so leaving this ticket open until then.
