Dependency ooxml-schemas not needed

poi-ooxml already depends on poi-ooxml-schemas, wihch is a substantially smaller version of the ooxml-schemas jar. According to POI website, the larger ooxml-schemas jar is normally only required for development.

Removal of poi-ooxml from excel-streaming-reader dependency list should have no implications on the functionality, at the same time potentially reducing size of the application output jar by 14.8 MB.

The full ooxml-schemas is needed for excel-streaming reader. See my comment in https://github.com/monitorjbl/excel-streaming-reader/pull/137
