Bug description

Relationship uses values from "I know the name" even if "I don't know the name" is selected

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a contact > Social > Add a relationship
2. Select any relationship type
3. Select "I know the name", a text box will appear
4. Enter a name in the text box
5. Select "I don't know the name"
6. Click "Add"
7. Go to the contact > Social
8. The relationship has the name you entered above, even though you selected "I don't know the name"

Expected behavior

For the relationship name to be shown to be unknown
