Bug description

Unable to add a relationship to a contact if you select "I know the name" followed by "I don't know the name"

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a contact > Social > Add a relationship
2. Select any relationship type
3. Select "I know the name", a text box will appear
4. Select "I don't know the name"
5. Click "Add"
6. A browser error message appears on the "I know the name" text box saying "Please fill in this field"

Expected behavior

The "I know the name" should either dissapear when the "I don't know the name" is selected.
