Current Weather conditions for "Me" in Journal entries

I'd like to be able to look back upon my journal and at a glance see what the weather was on the day and time of any entry

How the weather was on the day where? The journal entry unfortunately does not have a location. If the journal would have a location it could be done by using an API like this one: https://www.visualcrossing.com/weather-data-editions
