Show a list of contacts grouped by city/country

I'd like to be able to see a list of all the cities/countries I've added to my contacts, and see a list of everyone with an address under those lists. This is not the same as viewing an actual map of contacts, which IMO would be less useful.

My use case is if I know I'm going to be traveling to another city soon, I'd like to look up who lives there ahead of time to get in touch with them.

A similar related feature would be to show the city/country name on the list view of contacts and be able to sort by those columns too.
