Import issues - vcard

When trying to import contacts with vcard, I get duplicates. Below photo is an example, where I imported the same file 3 times in a row, and it just duplicated the contact 3 times, so I had to delete 2 of them out. I used option to 'add new contacts and skip existing'.

Considering this issue, and that we can't bulk delete, I don't trust the functionality enough to load a larger file. My initial loads of ~215 contacts would sometimes execute more than once by themselves and duplicate everything. So I was forced to clear the entire account and start over.

Can you please speak to these issues with import functionality?

Could you share the VCard you are using ? As you can see i haven't been able to replicate your issue in the latest version of Monica, which makes me think that there may be a issue with your specific file.

I am using the latest version, and just using exports from google contacts, which I tried a few times.

As to your request that I share my vCard. Yes I'll share it, so long as you promise to safeguard all my contacts information to the very best of your abilities, and you promise that anyone else accessing them on this public site will do the same.

But seriously though, if you have any other suggestions please let me know.

Having this same issue, raw Google Contacts vCard export. Additionally, the import simply stops after ~300 contacts, meanwhile there are over 1k in the file.
