Issues with creating contact through DAVx⁵

Describe the bug I added the monica CardDAV adressbook to an Android 6 Mobile through the DAVx⁵ app. When creating a new contact on the phone after the next sync the contact is duplicated on the phone but not on the monica instance. Also the created contact on the monica instance won't have a default avatar image. I can change the avatar but the generated ones are empty (=non existent).

The webview will fall back to old avatar image generation

Using a selfhosted Monica 2.15.2 instance

Additional context I think #1746 can be closed as #2112 is merged

I'm having the same issue. I found the same happening to people in issue #6175.
