Homekit automatic fan speed and temperature range

Is there a way to set a range of temperatures in Apple Home (e.g. keep the room between 19 and 24c), and is there a way to set auto fan speed?

I don't see a way to do either, and the fan tends to be 100% all the time which is sometimes annoying
