mongoid_search More maintainers for this repo

@mauriciozaffari care to help out and designate some new owners that can clean this thing up?

I don't have time to maintain it myself, so I agree we need more maintainers.

Anyone that wants to help with PR's and takeover future developments for this project is welcome.

I use this gem a lot for my company and I would give it some improvements and fixes from time to time, I don't guarantee being here to answer everyone but I can help as much as I can.

Thanks @mauriciozaffari for adding @Loschcode and @sveredyuk! Party on the code, make pull requests and ask for Rubygems access to make the next release, close this issue when one of you does it.

I'm using Mongoid on daily basis, and now I need to improve search. Could also help with the gem.

I'm fixing CI and rights to kill/restart Travis builds would help to make it faster.

FWIW you haven't contributed to the code of this gem, so I wouldn't expect a positive response. There's a number of open issues and some chores, pick some up to start. If we don't hear from anyone in a month I can push some buttons to add anyone who's actively contributing.

Thanks for moving forward with this and taking care of it @dblock. I'm really struggling to find time to manage this project, so I trust your judgment in regards to any decision you make in regards to it.
