Skipping forward in video takes 1 second

Describe the bug Double tap to skip forward in video takes 1 second. It's annoying when I am looking at a specific scene and need to do multiple double taps to find the scene.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Double tap on video
2. The video pause for 1 second
3. Then it skip forward

Expected behavior it should be instant. Xplayer app skip forward is instant, not 1 second.

Device (please complete the following information):

• Model: OnePlus n10
• OS: Android 11
• Version 0.198

Media I have tried mkv, MP4.

Is Xplayer instant on the same videos that this has the delay on? Seek time is highly dependent on the video, so you need to be sure to compare the exact same file. If it is faster with the same files, I'd guess it's seeking by keyframe whereas this app may be doing an exact seek, which I prefer on PC but is probably not ideal on mobile.
