Feature Request: Seekbar preview

Add a small preview above the seekbar when you rewind video from streaming services(not local videos from your phone).

When you seek, the video is already rendering in the main area. (#385) Streaming services like YouTube have seek previews in separate jpeg file(s) I believe. I'm not aware of this being any common standard that could be used.
