Export to QIF only the selected records, if any

This is an enhancement of the #211 & #250. In case there are any selected records in the search result list, then export only those records. Otherwise, export all the records (which is the case now).

Let's see if there is any need for this level of detail. Filtering of transactions can also be done via search form so this may not be needed that much.
