Added all previous research meeting logs (October 2017 - Present)

Closed previous review because the purpose changed (and so did my local branch). Thanks to @SamsungGalaxyPlayer @b-g-goodell for providing me with logs.

Before this gets merged, I would like to move all the time formats to UTC and fix some formatting with the 04 and 11th meetings from February. This will be done soon
