This issue requests being able to set arbitrary extra data when creating transfers with monero-wallet-rpc.

I will take a look at this today / tomorrow and see if this is something I want to / can handle. I don't know much about Javascript so I may need help testing it. Alternatively, I'll use the C# Monero Wallet library I wrote to test.
