re-word 'change' entry in moneropedia

I believe that this entry could be written to more concisely and more accurately to describe change.

To address this more fully, I think an additional entry is required to define 'owned output'

It would also be great to see the addition of a diagram. I have added an example below.

I've been thinking of adding 2 important entries for some time: input and output. This is something very specific to Monero and it's important to explain it to people.

"Change is one of three outputs produced during every transaction.

It is the remainder after both the desired transaction amount and transaction fee have been satisfied.

In the case that the whole amount is used for the output and transaction fee, change is still generated with a value of 0. This is to make it indistinguishable from any other transaction on the blockchain."
