LeftPanel: separate "Advanced options" and "Settings" buttons from account buttons

Main changes:

  • Separate "Advanced options" and "Settings" buttons from buttons related to account actions ("Account", "Send", "Receive", and "Transactions")
  • Rename "Advanced" button to "Advanced options"
  • Add FontAwesome icons to "Advanced options" and "Settings" buttons
  • Remove bold from text

I don't know if it makes sense to group Advanced Options and Settings together with the network status, instead of the other pages.
