Gateway Monero does not detect payments

I am using the configuration with the view key, from what I understand the monero gateway is using the xmrchain api, however no payments are detected on my dashboard, I checked if xmrchain was operational, at first sight everything seems in order.

Do you have any ideas to help me solve the problem? Can I try out another api? If so, how can I do it safely?
