Feature request: PowerShell support

The ANSI colors used in the console are not displayed properly in Windows. I would love to use Dry but I use Docker Desktop on a Windows machine for development.

I am sorry about it, the code used to color text is a bit messy so it is not an easy fix. But is definitely on the TODO list.
