May you tell me which branch and which commit sha you recommend to use to have stable version ?

Hi!
Right now we consider everything here to have "dev preview" status. We're still working hard toward a release we can feel comfortable calling "stable", and there's a number of improvements still needed before that can happen.
That being said, we do try to keep everything on master in a working state. While we can't yet recommend deploying these containers in production, they should be fine to use for testing and development.
I'll also note, at this time we don't have plans to support running these containers directly in Docker in production. The docker-compose environment is mainly intended for rapid development and we view it mainly as a devstack replacement. We do plan to support production-quality deployments in Kubernetes using monasca-helm - which you can try today - but again we're not quite ready to call it stable.
I've filed issue #42 to track improvements to the documentation to reflect all of this.
