@twhetzel This request overlaps with #606 I honestly don't know enough to be able to appropriately make separate terms.

MAXO currently has below. From simple search, this repair of anal malformation may be sysnonym to pull-through procedure, but I am not absolutely sure. This hierarchy is altogether separate from colectomy, but they are related.

Could you review placement and synonyms?
