incorrect inheritance on impacts

Describe the bug In the case of two primary assets that share global assets, the effects are not inherited according to the maximum value.

Example:

Primary Asset 1: 4-2-4 Primary Asset 2: 3-3-3

The correct inheritance according to the maximum principle should be for the secondary, global asset 4-3-4

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create 2 Primary Asset
2. Create a Secundary Asset as Global
3. Link the Secundary Asset to both primary Assets
4. Create a Risk Analysis with both primary Assets and different impacts

Expected behavior The correct impact for the secundary asset shoud be 4-3-4
