Trends assessment: more latitude to customize questions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There's an imposed set of questions, which can be completed by additional custom questions.
Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to have the ability to choose the questions to be asked, be them the proposed ones as-is, or rephrased, or my own ones. I'd also like to have them available for management in the knowledge base, with a switch active/used or inactive/unused.
Describe alternatives you've considered Right now, if I do not use a question, I intend to simply delete it manually from the generated report.
