[Feature]: If there's an image in clipboard, Command+V in message box should attach that image to the message

Describe your feature

Currently on Monal Alpha 6.0 Sep 1 it looks like this:

1. Use Command+Shift+5, select some area.
2. in Options \/ button at the bottom select "Save to: Clipboard"
3. Click "Capture".
4. Open some conversation in Monal
5. Select the text box
6. Press Command+V
7. Nothing happens

What I'm suggesting is that it should work like this: Steps 1-6 same as above 7. Image is attached to the message

This may be implemented when rewriting the UI with SwiftUI. Note that there is currently no ETA for the rewrite, as we are currently implementing AV calls
