Add Managed AppConfig support [Business MDM]

Hi,

please add Managed AppConfig support. So school or business environments can use MDM software to configure at least the user account settings. See https://simplemdm.com/2018/07/03/how-to-managed-app-configs-custom-attributes/ as explanation.

Apparantly the correct name is "managed configuration": https://www.appconfig.org/ios/ https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/samplecode/sc2279/Introduction/Intro.html

This is used by MDM systems to pre-configure apps. This is done by parameter/value pairs. Users then may only enter their password and are ready to go.

That is an enterprise feature. If some enterprise wants to have that feature in monal, he can hire some of the devs to implement this. It will remain very low priority otherwise.

Just sell an enterprise edition for a few bucks with this feature enabled ;)
