Doesn't works on Android?

I found a issue when trying to open the .html in android I have opened the file on 2 android devices to test and on both devices I get a white screen when opening said .html with a native browser of the phone and with an external android browser when opening the .html file, it simply never connects even if they are connected to the same wifi
