Practice Mode does not ignore limit movement triggers

Describe the bug

When using practice mode without a timer running, noclipping into a limit movement trigger and toggling practice mode off and back on applies the movement limit to practice mode.

Use practice mode to noclip into a limit movement trigger and toggle practice mode on and off
