Rename map/stage reset binds

What feature is your improvement idea related to?

mom_restart and mom_restart_stage currently have old names from way before the game added other modes and should be updated to be more gamemode agnostic and better reflect what they do

mom_restart and mom_restart_stage should become mom_restart_track and mom_restart_zone or similar
