Local leaderboards tabs do not behave correctly

Local replays are showing up on the downloaded tab, clicking on your runs prints errors. Playing replays from there have wrong file names set (they are falsely interpreted as being online cached)

How To Reproduce

1. Load any map present on the map selector you have runs on
2. Observer empty your runs, see your replays in downloaded instead
3. Try to play one of them
